Thirty-one year old Joseph Duggan of Waller Ferry in Lenoir City robbed the Mr. Gas on Kingston Pike armed with a pocket knife. His bond was set at $44,000. He was spotted driving the same car used in the hold-up by the Tennessee Highway Patrol as he drove west on I-40 around 11:30 Thursday morning.
