The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who robbed the Country Inn and Suites on Conner Road at approximately 6:20 am this morning.  The white male entered the hotel, approached the female employee working at the front desk, and brandished a tire iron while demanding money.  He jumped over the desk and a short struggle between the suspect and the employee took place.  The employee was not injured.  The suspect fled on foot with approximately $200 in cash.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5’11”, approximately 180 lbs, in his early 30’s with blonde curly hair.  He was wearing gray sweats, and no shoes.
