The Knox County Sheriff’s Office reports no fatalities over the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend. According to the traffic statistics, 8 people were charged with DUI. There were 10 car crashes with injury and two of those were alcohol related. Officers issued 107 citations for various offences and assisted 145 motorists. The countdown started Wednesday, November 25th at 6 p.m. and ended Monday, November 30th at 6 a.m.
