 Matthew Conard

 Robinson Lindsay

A joint operation between the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and the Knox County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of two Knoxville men accused of soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor.    Twenty-two year old Matthew R. Conard and 26 year old Robinson Lindsay were transported to Bradley County to face prosecution.  Conard has a previous arrest in Knox County for sexual battery.

The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office initiated the undercover online investigation last year.
