KCSO Looks for Robbery Suspect PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 12 February 2010

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect who robbed the CVS Pharmacy at 4500 Maynardville Highway of oxycontin pills Thursday night.  The incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. when a white male entered the store and gave a clerk a note that said he would kill her if she didn’t give him all the “oxys” and that it wasn’t a joke.   She complied and a witness followed the suspect out and chased him until he lost sight of him.  A caller to dispatch said that he saw a white male run from the store and get into a white and red Astro minivan.

The suspect is described as stocky, about 200 pounds, 5’10”, with brown hair.  Anyone with information is asked to call the KCSO at 215-2243.
