Autopsy of Shooting Victim

Tuesday, 20 September 2011

The autopsy of a shooting victim last week in Northwest Knox County shows that he was shot three times in the upper torso.  Forty year old Christopher Eledge was found shot to death last Thursday morning in a home at 9325 Wells Station Road.  The homeowner, James Szczuka, said he shot Eledge when he refused to leave the house and "came at him."  Szczuka said he awoke to find Eldge in bed with his girlfriend, Dena Harris.  He said he didn't know Eledge.

The investigation continues.  KCSO Detectives questioned Szczuka and Harris, but no arrests have been made.
