Knoxville Man Charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
A woman who said she found numerous pairs of little girl panties wrapped up in her live-in boyfriend’s “do-rag” led to the arrest of the man Wednesday night. She also said she found what she called inappropriate obscene photos of what appears to be young children on the suspect’s computer. Forty-nine year old Bob Robinson is in the Knox County Detention Facility on a $100,000 bond charged with sexual exploitation of a minor (more than 100 images/material).
According to the warrant, the incident occurred at 4101 Maloney Road. Robinson was arrested by Knox County Sheriff's Officers around 7 p.m. at Carl Cowan Park. The warrant says that according to NCIC (National Crime Information Center) Robinson has a criminal record outside Knox County which included at least one violation of probation. The suspect says he has no place to stay which led investigators to believe he is a potential flight risk. Robinson was also found to be in possession of a 4GB card which contained numerous (great than 100) images depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. The investigation continues.
