KCSO Busts Three for Crack Cocaine and Marijuana

Three people were arrested by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday after a search warrant led to the discovery of crack cocaine and marijuana at a Knoxville home. Just before 2:30 p.m., the KCSO Narcotics Unit and the KCSO SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 2704 Sunset Avenue and found 1.7 pounds of marijuana, crack cocaine, digital scales, and packaging materials.

23-year-old Dior Armonte Isaac and 44-year-old Rita Estelle Isaac of 2704 Sunset Avenue were arrested and charged with sale and delivery of marijuana with a $5,000 bond. 39-year-old Paul Lawrence Robinson of 1437 Dutch Valley Drive was arrested and charged with sale and delivery of marijuana and cocaine with a $28,500 bond.

All three were arrested without incident and officers also seized four vehicles. The search warrant concluded a six-month investigation, during which the KCSO Gang Unit confirmed that Dior Isaac and Robinson were Blood gang members.

Rita Isaac has a criminal history in Knox County that includes theft and simple possession. Dior Isaac has a criminal history in Knox County that includes attempted aggravated burglary, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass. Robinson’s Knox County criminal history includes assault, carjacking and aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, evading arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal impersonation.
