Knoxville Man Pleads Guilty

A Knoxville man arrested in January 2013 by the Knox County Sheriff's Office Family Crisis Unit pleaded guilty yesterday morning to 16 counts of sexually-related charges involving a minor.

54-year-old Harry T. Henry pleaded guilty in criminal court yesterday to 13 counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of statutory rape by an authority figure. He received a sentence of 40 years without parole.

Henry was arrested by KCSO’s Family Crisis Unit on January 30th after the grand jury returned a 49-count indictment that included especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, statutory rape by an authority figure, rape, attempted rape, unlawful photographing, and sexual activity involving a minor.
