- By Paige Huntoon
White House Office of Public Engagement associate director Julie Chavez Rodriguez sent an email to the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition yesterday, which contained a letter indicating Immigration and Customs Enforcement will not sign Knox County's controversial 287(g) agreement. Thomas Homan, the executive associate director of ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations, signed the letter.
