KCSO Family Crisis Unit Arrests Couple After Grand Jury Returns Indictments

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office Family Crisis Unit arrested a Knox County couple today after the grand jury returned multiple indictments against the pair.

37-year-old Jessica Ann Cox and 38-year-old Kenneth Michael McIntosh of 834 Canton Hollow Drive in West Knox County were arrested at their home around 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. Cox is charged with 29 counts of aggravated child abuse. The 17-count indictment against Macintosh includes aggravated child abuse and child abuse. Cox and McIntosh are each being held in the Knox County Detention Facility on a $200,000 bond.

Cox has a criminal history in Knox County that includes aggravated child abuse, child abuse, possession of legend drug without prescription, simple possession/casual exchange, and theft by shoplifting.
