Search for Runaway Leads to Weapons and Arrests

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Crime Task Force was looking for a DCS runaway juvenile on Wednesday.  The investigation led officers to 1315 Stoney Point Road in Knoxville where they arrested two adults and three juveniles.  One adult and one juvenile each had a loaded 9 millimeter gun.

Eighteen year old Paul Boehm was charged with unlawful possession/carrying of a weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, simple possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jennifer Haar, 31, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  There was also an outstanding warrant issued in Criminal Court for failure to appear. 

The DCS runaway, a 16 year old female, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.  A 17 year old male was taken into custody for simple possession of marijuana.  A 16 year old male was charged with possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers found bagged marijuana for resale as well as digital scales.
